Would not provide a contract with the job offer. When requested, they say they didn't have to until your first day. While that's legal, its deeply concerning and should be avoided at all costs.

All the gear, no idea.

The job I have ended up doing is nothing like the job advertised. I have repeatedly tried to point this out and have been met with nothing but eye-rolling and tutting. I was extremely clear on my two interviews what I was and wasn't capable of doing. I am absolutely gutted that I took a gamble and came here. This is so unfair. The "bait and switch" advertising used by the company is shameful and possibly illegal. I am so upset.
