      Pros

      1. Everyone is really smart and passionate about doing a good job 2. People are social and funny 3. The execs are all extremely honest and professional. I've never seen them underdeliver and they're extremely no bs. 4. Product makes sense, people make sense, everything is run really well.

      Cons

      Standard startup mixed pros/cons depending on your personality: Longer hours, high intensity vibes, a bit chaotic. In a lot of ways it's exhilarating
