Found out they don’t actually rescue and re home animals, it’s a cover for a vegan charity

Where do I start. There is a complete lack of training for new staff and managers. Just some generic health and safety courses. No proper processes for any part of running the stores, no answers when asking upper management for guidance or advice. Upper management have little to no retail or people management experience which has created an extremely toxic environment. No praise for hard working staff, constant criticism when you fail to adhere to the strict vegan policy, threatened with disciplinary action (eg. if a volunteer accidentally puts a coat out made with 1% wool), blatant disregard for legal working practices and employment law. No chance of promotion as senior roles are given to friends of the CEO/upper management. Shops are dangerously under maintained.
