      The colleagues are friendly, and the staff benefits are quite standard.

      The leadership demonstrates a noticeable lack of maturity, a concern that is consistently reflected in other critical reviews and, in my experience, holds true.

      When working with high performance team, what we learnt : 1. Strong growth exposure — You get hands-on experience across multiple areas, not just one narrow role 2. High-performance environment — Clear targets, fast execution, and strong accountability 3. Real ownership early — Team members are trusted with responsibility and decision-making 4. Direct access to leadership — Ideas can be shared openly, and feedback is encouraged

      However, when it is KPI driven: 1. Fast-paced and demanding — Not suitable for those looking for a slower or more structured environment 2.       Pros

      Any 5 star review you see on here or anywhere for that matter is FAKE, the CEO forces employees to write and upload fake 5 star reviews after they have reviewed it themselves with HR.

      Cons

      The bosses are abusive, berate and threaten employees and have a general disregard for fellow human being, constant demand of long hours with no career progression.
