It is expected that you go out drinking after hours with the whole team to be considered a team player. Very fraternity/sorority like environment. Lots of peer pressure to fit in or you get frown upon. The environment was created upon the trust of individuals that developed a personal relationship with management. There is no way to work up this company once you come in. Most of the team lack a leadership. Job is very demanding and stressful. You'll be required to work weekends with no extra benefits.

This was one of the most toxic environments I have ever worked in. Management is paranoid and continually asks if you really want to be there. They promote employees that are just 'yes' people rather than who is most qualified. If you try to give constructive criticism or point out problems you will be labeled as Negative and will be fired without any previous warnings. There is blatant sexism and inappropriate comments made to the female staff on the regular.
