      Pros

      Autonomy: Despite routine operations, there is alot of trust granted to me by senior leader to tweak ways of working to drive production in the right direction.

      Cons

      Hardship in Satellite operations: Satellite operations being new, leadership is in the learning phase on how best to empower staff and increase employee engagement. Pay could also improve. Career growth is unclear: Career paths could be well charted, standardized and implemented to best manage talent.
