Pros

New clean studio. Co workers were nice.

Cons

1. Not a true Pilates studio. Most "coaches" are personal trainers or group fitness instructors. I was one of the few who actually had a 600+ hour full comprehensive Pilates certification. I gave it a chance, but after a few weeks I resigned. 2. I did not like the format of the workout, using TVs and teaching advanced standing exercises on a reformer to 19 new people is just dangerous. Even though you can try to modify the exercise, you also have to teach using a countdown clock which doesn't allow you enough time to have some members sit on a box instead of stand for example. 3. Biggest con, we agreed upon my rate. When I reviewed my pay stub, I saw that they did not pay me that amount. I made them aware and was told I would be paid the difference. They never paid. We also were required to attend zoom meetings at night that would last an hour or more and were never paid for those either. Terrible. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and if I ever needed to attend a meeting I was paid, even if it was below my "instructor rate".
