The production team is incredibly tight-knit. As an administrator, you are the hub of the wheel, so you get to see how everything from procurement to final Installation

If you not use to working long hours this can be a lot of someone during peak season.

Non corporate co-workers are great people.
Cons
All about numbers, Cutthroat, Dishonest. Started off decent enough. The family owed business feel was completely turned upside down. Corporate (Private Equity) has ultimately damaged this business. Ownership is completely out of touch which is making things difficult in an already tough market.
