Had some experience when I came, but definitely not enough, so really grateful the senior guys on the team made time to walk me through the processes and answer all my questions. Company encouraging continuous learning and improvement. Deadlines rarely unreasonable. Comfortable pace throughout the day and predictable hours.

Cons

Stressful when fixes don’t work as planned.
