Business outlook
Pros
Mostly all kind employees. Occasional staff appreciation events or food. The doctors were generous and all seem to really love what they do.
Cons
Poor management (specifically clinical). New guidelines/ office rules were started often with barely any notice and clinic rules were always changing. The clinical managers micro manage heavily and did not provide accurate support when needed. All other managers besides clinical were very kind and willing to go the extra mile if needed for staff.
