      Poor pay Directors didn't acknowledge me until one of them smacked their hand on my desk and made passive aggressive comments about me. Favouritism culture and gossipy environment

      Great team members, made many great friends Facilities are good, invested heavily in good equipment

      Cons

      Toxic environment, bullying and talking about people behind their backs is rife and it starts at the top. Unrealistic expectations from Management and bully tactics to try and improve performance. Some dangerous working practices
