- A 10 staff super small SME company. Family business. When you heard of "family", you know what is waiting for you. - Employees work in a mad house everyday, boss act like a Tamer. And they are slaves. A group of poor guys lack of basic respect on everyday.... - 12 month salary only and far below average. But ok as a summer job and it was my strategy from the beginning. So it was ok. At least I left peacefully with advanced $$$$ back to me. So basically I earned more than I expected. - Counting on a single big client to survive with time running out. If you are looking for a stable job and income. Don't even try them. You could lose your house if it is still under mortgage. - The boss was always exaggerating that he could dump his only big client. It is quite opposed to the staff who is really working hard for the company. Especially to those who was trying to gain new business for him. His EQ is very limit to his staff. So be careful if you join in as a Sales or Business development roles. It could be quite frustrating. If you target the job as a short term summer job like me. It is ok. - Not much can be learnt for the young guys. No formal IT methodology. Especially their technologies and business visionary are quite obsolete. Some so called new idea were basically already in the market everywhere for years.... I'm impressed.... - Love to get know some friendly faces in this summer in there. Unfortunately, even time is running out for them. - Don't use their provided computer at work. One day when they are unhappy. They would lock you out while you still have personal stuff in it. I was smart enough from the beginning, I used mine. So I got rid of the trouble. I definitely won on this. - Family business, just don't expect normal management, technology, friendly atmosphere...and so on. Normal thing just doesn't exist in there.
