Pros
Nothing. Be away from the company!!! Almost 3 to 5 people left before me. They are not even ready to ask or check why people are leaving. You will be fired if you didn't work hard. I feel this is one of the worst companies. No benfits, No structured polices. HR Head is dumb. So lazy. After few days you will be afraid dto attend standup because of scoldings and pressure. I see lot of people skip standup due to some silly reasons, but the fact is they wanted not to be scolded. Worst life balance. Days starts at 9 Am and end s at 10Pm. Better be away from this company

1. You will work in a environment where u can't even breath. 2.You will not get enough time to explore things. 3 From day1 you will be assigned with work. 4.No training for new joinee. 5. Cheap politics. 6. Worst Higher Management. 7. 3 to 4 Guys control all the people in company. 8 Rude behaviour from the higher management. 9 Lots of politics. 10. Worst place to work.
