Cons
Rules change every day. No support for therapists. They force therapists into unsafe conditions. The pay is about half what can be made anywhere else. Bonuses are given to the scheduling staff based on patient attendance which therapists don't have control over. Common to see schedulers yelling at therapists. Shady dealings with the owner. She practices unethically and forced the old owner out without compensating her. The new owner is flighty and a horrible business owner and also petty and vindictive. Extremely racist and not inclusive.
