The office is in a great location, some brilliant clients and a great fresh, young team.
Cons
If you're thinking about working here, I strongly suggest doing your homework first!!!! The management is completely focused on profit, with little concern for the team's well-being or maintaining a good work-life balance. Late nights are often expected, and it's framed as something that's "good for your career," especially for younger employees, which isn't really true. Performance reviews and 1-on-1s are handled unprofessionally, sometimes even during casual events like the Christmas meal - and when the boss is drunk! Feedback can be harsh, and you might get talked down to if you disagree with the boss. It's also uncomfortable hearing negative things said about clients behind their backs - which is constant. There aren't any real company benefits. You might get some freebies during client shoots and the occasional paid-for meal, but that's about it. The office might look impressive, but it doesn't reflect what it's really like to work here. The high staff turnover should tell you everything you need to know.
