Pros

Young Crowd in Office. It's basically booby trap for young graduates.

Cons

It's basically going house to house (Sometimes on Street, Cafes, Offices) and asking for money on the name of CRY. There is no fixed salary, they'll pay you from the Donation you get. The work is exactly what beggars do on Traffic lights or Railway Stations. Everyone who are giving 5 stars are the one who works within this organization. Literally everyone is so stupid include the managers and so called owner of company. This is part of Appco Group which is banned in few countries also. If you don't believe me just google it because no one is gonna say anything in this so called company. My advice if you are little bit educated just don't become beggars for this company.

Pros

The training they give there befor you start working is good.

Cons

They will give you sales job when you join. The fisrt level of their so called structure. They work with charity organizations that pay this company. They expect you to gatecrash residents and go from door to door to ask charity. People will think of you as people who ask for charity on streets and will close the ddor on your face. The security will also ask you to get out or run behind you as the company does not have any permission to enter such areas. People will be rude as you are randomly ringing their bell an asking for money. They give you soo much training only to go from door to door and ask for charity. If you are a graduate or a highly educated person , dont work here as this job is not meant for educated people.
