Pros

Somewhat flexible hours, there are some respectable employees

Cons

Products and software a complete mess and only partially work at best, highest employee turnover rate I have ever seen, no professional ethics (they will hardcode software and take shortcuts to make deadlines), nickle and dime everything, guaranteed lowest salaries in the bay area, they will bring you on at a very low salary with the promise that they will give you a significant raise, equity, sponsorship, etc. after a few months with no intention of actually doing so (they want cheap labor)- they will either say your performance is subpar or just fire you to avoid giving you that raise (many of us ex-employees and even current employees can vouch for this), lack of safety compliance (there are wires all over the floors and no protocols to follow), procrastination is king, no opportunities for growth and are continuously cutting costs
