Pros

Central location, some good colleagues.

Cons

What to say about a COO who complains about anonymous reviews but at the same time leaves his "unbiased" review about the company he invested in and even admits telling current employees to write good ones? Just look at them: either with one or five stars. The one star ones are written by employees and the others are faked by the management, who forces assistants facing their first working experience to give the best review possible with no negative points. This should give you an idea of how this "people" operate and how desperate they are. The problems start from the top: CEO is extremely incompetent and after making his other company fail in 2 years didn't change his style, which consists in surrounding himself with mentally weak people who never disagree with him, have neither dignity nor integrity to refuse his orders and to make them "management". They attract people with fake promises and give a description of the job and the salary which is totally different from the reality. Working environment is suffocating: if anyone expresses his own opinion about his market is immediately seen as a target by the "management", which is far more numerous than the employees. For this reason people start looking for a new job already during the probation period or, if they can't take it anymore, they pretend being on sick leave. The turnover is alarming, employees stay 5/6 months on average, so you will have more colleagues there than in any other working experience you had in the past. Inside the "management" the least professional are the hr, whose duty is to pretend being friendly, to spy employees and to create fake gossips about them; the menthor, who convinced himself he was promoted for merits and not because he gave up his dignity executing shamelessly every order, will pretend being your best friend in order to help you but will instead backstab you everytime. The result of years of ineptitude is that in 2018 revenues and sales decreased dramatically and company has lost a lot of money, warning that if situation won't improve in 2019 they will be forced to close the business. Because of the bad reputation many so called partners avoid paying the commission for their services and the company has not enough strenght to get the money back, so even if you are able to sell sometimes it won't be possible to get paid. "Management" always try to invent excuses to avoid paying commissions to employees and if they complaint will apply medieval and pathetic mobbing techniques to intimidate them. Without any doubt the worst and most unpleasant experience of my career.

Thank you for this review full of lies and bitterness, it confirms the company will be better off without you. No regrets. Good luck to your next employers...

Pros

As a student I have been giving a great opportunity to work in international company with friendly atmosphere. During my journey in Exapro I have been able to see how the company is constantly improving and growing. One of the biggest pros for me is the time flexibility as a student. I believe that Exapro is a place where people who like working at this business can develop themselves and grow. Overall, I enjoy working in Exapro.

Cons

I dont see any cons at this moment.
