      One cup of tea which is 90% water

      Cons

      Work like balance- None Manager - Not professional only interested in your personal life Benefits- tea at 4pm Work setup(laptop) - they provide a used broken one Insurance- not there for most employees Tools of working- They don’t have knowledge of any tools Job security- they can kick you out on the first day

      Cons

      Worst experience of my life. Employees are treated like slaves, with no respect or empathy. They fire employees as if it's a joke, with no professionalism or moral values. The company changes rules whenever it's convenient for them.You're allowed only one leave per month, and even that must be informed well in advance.

      I Have Joined at Exalca as a Trainee Sap MM Consultant. So far, The company is very good and all the other Employees are super Helpful, Working Timings are also way too good, If U want to give a Head start to ur career, Then Exalca is a good option to start your Career
