Pros
- If one is willing, able to be exposed to multiple projects with varying skills and experiences. - Good for independently motivated workers. Able to contribute ideas and free to tackle issues on your own as long as within the deadline. May be double edged however.
Cons
- May be overwhelming for staff who are new as they may be required to work on multiple projects at once. - Seniors may not always be available to help or provide assistance.
