A great startup, but they are still working on their foundation as a company.

Excellent momentum with clients and strong business positioning.

Cons

Short-term thinking takes away from long-term planning, making the company feel more like a network of freelancers working virtually. Employees in different time zones seemed to work on paper but did not work in application. Upper management and some employees being divided between Everpost and another company also took away from strengthening Everpost's foundation.

- Easy onboarding process - Extremely supportive and caring team - Very easy to communicate with colleagues. Everyone is always happy to help - Remote work allows for flexible location and schedule - Constant constructive and open feedback

Cons

- A small company, so people are taking on a lot of projects at once but are also well supported by their colleagues when doing so.
