Pros

Excellent company culture, great perks, awesome comp package and benefits, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, fun parties, free food, excellent training program, unlimited PTO... the list is endless

Cons

This job is not easy, you definitely have to be willing to put in the hours and hustle to build your client and candidate network. But once you do, the money starts rolling in! Great first job for those coming out of college looking to make good money to pay off those student loans FAST!

Pros

HR does its best to create a fun and relaxed company culture. Unlimited vacation since you're essentially working for free.

Cons

Oh man, where do I start... - For some reason, CC is on an archaic draw structure. You are given a very small draw, which basically means you have to place and have the client pay the fee on time within 3-4 months. I've seen many talented recruiters with a lot of potential leave the company due to factors relating to this draw that are out of their control. - Upper management is rude and promotes harassment. We had a halloween party where a certain prominent manager in our company decided it was okay to dress up in a culturally insensitive way while making fun of minorities during a skit in front of the entire company. Sexual harassment is rampant and overlooked. - An entirely automated system that is built to essentially spam the living hell out of everyone in the US. I'm not even kidding, so many people do not take us seriously and cuss us out over email/LinkedIn due to CC's illegitimate business practices. - Some of these illegitimate business practices include emphasizing quantity over quality, sending out candidate resumes without their consent, lying to clients about candidates and vice versa, and encouraging employees to lie and cheat during the recruitment process. Overall, I truly cannot stress enough that you should avoid working here at all costs. Do you notice all the positive reviews that are nonspecific and posted around the same time? Yeah, that would be management trying to boost their reputation here on Glassdoor because all the legitimate reviews are negative.

Pros

-Nice little kitchen with some stupid snacks. Thanks. -No micromanagement -Clean offices and restrooms -Your own desk

Cons

PAY: You work on a draw. 45k for the year... so thats 3750 per month PRE-TAX. Draw means YOU HAVE TO PAY THAT BACK. Whatever deal you close.. the money goes back into whatever you took out from the draw and you get whats left. TRASH!! TURNOVER: Company has a ton of turnover and they keep hiring people for their garbage training classes. I left a company that i was making 70-80k for the DREAM that i could make 100K+ my first year. LIES. People who dont close deals for 5-6 months usually get fired. You dont even get that 45k salary because you'll get fired before then if you dont close deals and put money back in your draw. People work 10-12 hour days and dont close deals. The ones that do get LUCKY. Dont think you can come in here and bang out or something because you think youre "good" or something. Its all luck. Emails are all the same and you just use templates. Trust me... stay the hell away.
