      Flexible working conditions Decent Health Care Benefits

      Cons

      Highly Unorganized Poorly managed with lack of leadership, employees will have to find their own solutions for major issues. Manager will undermine you for having hospital emergency. Overtime is compensated in "days" which you never have a chance to use and you do OT on a daily basis. No bonus, no career advancement plans for employees. The people individually are nice but the culture is fake and very toxic.

      - Team culture is really great - Never boring, challenging requirements coming every single day - Great product - Practice a lot of problem solving skill here

      They lied during the interview process about what the job really is about. They say it’s a marketing role, but it’s really just sales. The boss took me to a Walmart on my first day and told me what they do on a daily basis, which is trying to pitch an internet service to random customers. Definitely felt like I was scammed.
