Cons: The company offers a supportive culture and good learning opportunities, but there are some challenges at the Quality Representative (QL) and Project Lead (PL) level. Some QLs and PLs have strong familiarity with internal processes but may lack sufficient technical knowledge or a deep understanding of project requirements, particularly when handling new or evolving projects. As a result, task executors and junior team members do not always receive clear guidance or answers to project-related questions. In certain situations, tasks are assigned without adequate context, and concerns or technical doubts raised by team members are not fully addressed. This can create confusion regarding priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes. There is also room for improvement in communication, mentorship, and technical leadership. Some leadership roles appear to be assigned based primarily on tenure or familiarity with internal projects rather than demonstrated leadership, project management, or technical expertise. Additional Concern: There were instances where employees were escalated by certain QLs and PLs, and some team members were later separated from the company. From an employee perspective, the decision-making and feedback process was not always transparent, which sometimes created uncertainty and concerns among team members. I believe there should be more structured performance feedback, clearer communication, and better documentation of expectations before serious escalation decisions are made. This would help employees understand areas for improvement and create a greater sense of fairness and trust within teams.
