I have been working at Esurance full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Esurance has a wonderful culture and is a great place to work. Your co-workers and peers are really considered a team and family. The work is busy - but so is every other insurance company, really. Esurance is advertising and getting new business every day and the growth possibilities here are strong.

    Cons

With growth comes change! So expect new processes and changes.

I have been working at Esurance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I have spent my entire career in insurance. This is my 4th company and the best in my opinion. Do we have issues, sure, everyone does, but Senior Management does a good job of keeping people informed on the changing landscape of our industry

    Cons

At times we don't have everything figured out. That can drive people crazy that need a black and white environment. Benefits are not as good as they once were but that seems to be the norm

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing and look for creative ways to drive job satisfaction to attract the best talent.

Keep doing what you're doing. Something is working so far

    Pros

Culture is great and they are always looking to improve upon it. Management (Upper, Mid, and Lower) are very transparent, forthcoming, and are extremely willing to help. You will have a voice and you will feel valued no matter what you do here.

    Cons

None really, I wish I was paid more, but they are one of the higher paying companies for my particular role.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, keep listening, and stay approachable.

I have been working at Esurance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I had zero experience when starting with Esurance. I came from a medical background and was very nervous about the transition. I have completed the training and cannot believe how much information I have retained. The experience of training was great. The one on one attention I received has really brought me to the next level. Its great to walk into a company and be greeted with smiles and a willingness to help with anything you need.

    Cons

    nothing a of yet !
