The team is fantastic! Coworkers support each other to meet client standards and the work they put out is amazing! The pay is well above what most other places in this industry pay. Raises occur more frequently than the standard yearly raise.
Cons
The owner is a complete control freak who lacks ethics and is constantly talking about his employees behind their backs. He prioritizes jobs for his friends over paying customers, slowing down production and leaving his team to explain to clients why things aren’t finished on time.
