Pros
Hybrid schedule, flex time, good people.
Cons
Training is minimal, if you don't have prior experience you'll struggle badly. Micro managed to death. Bad benefits. High expectations, low pay for what you do. They will try to pile on the work without paying you more. (This could just be my experience with a bad manager here). You'll always work ot to try and stay on top of your workload. And because management will tell you you shouldn't be needing ot, people don't turn it in and you're working extra just for some peace of mind.
