Pros
Epic has an excellent corporate structure and they give you your own tools to be your own boss. They are a very family oriented company who prides themselves on flexibility to create the perfect balance between work, family, and life. The work environment is very inviting and I never felt any hostility here. Ownership is very generous, managers are very competent, and the employees are personable and fun. All in all it is a great place to work and an easy place to be successful with your career.
