      Stability, long standing company with presence in the market for many years. If you enjoy the sector & have drive to grow there is room to do things.

      Cons

      Typical Greek family owned company with CEO taking all decisions and micro managing . A lot of people with mentality from previous decades.

      Work ethics. Confusing management. Today's guidelines, may be tomorrow's exceptions. Old and difficult ERP. Lack of product management software consumes too many man-hours.
