Management cared more about sales and report turnover rather than quality and client safety. Consultants are encouraged to rush reports to meet deadlines. Only 15 pence given per mile of driving 3% company pensions Sales rarely find jobs near home, so expect 5-6 hours of driving per day on top of the site visit or several days in hotels per month. No overtime is paid getting to/from site even when leaving home at 4/5am
