Incredible talent here. Everyone here has a lot of experience in this industry and it's a great place to learn and grow professionally. Some things this company does, there are few that can compete. Great benefits and competitive compensation. It's exciting to have the opportunity to work with clients directly and be exposed to a variety of industries and project work. Leaders have a strong vision and invest in their employees.
Cons
Not everyone is on the same page. To be successful as a team, everyone needs to be united and act as team players. I recommend the people and teams strive to do that here. If your gut is giving you bad signs when considering an opportunity here, dive deeper, and get all the information you can. If it doesn't feel right, don't accept it.
