Extremely Bad Service Lying to Prospects to Get order - specially about deliveries Sharing false information with clients about delivery dates and availability Bad vendor network No clarity with customers after they make any payments - not updating clients about what is happening, not taking calls or REGULARLY updating on emails Too much focus on Task rather than result Delay in payments to employees
