      -Flexible time off - Decent benefits

      Cons

      - Poor management - High turnover, they let people go out of the blue then you get told in a meeting after you were just collaborating on a project with that person that they are no longer there - Lots of employees leaving for better opportunities, from directors, employees, and managers -Mediocre pay - Overworked employees -No room for growth -Claim they are a scale-up but function like a new company.

      There isnt too much pros to review. There was some travel involved in the position that I did enjoy. There were a select few friends I made that have also since left which has been a good benefit.

      Cons

      Over promised and under delivered to customers. Not customer focused Shady, Shady sales !!!! Super shady and scary what they are getting away with product team does not listen or consult with customer facing team. There was a bonus with the position but management did not set goals that were attainable and did everything they could to not pay out
