Leadership lacks on ground context Program development and implementation contradict each other at times which not only impacts program on ground but the health of the team too CEO is not receptive to feedback Too much lip service on being culture first and having empathy, with little to no practice of the same A pretty toxic and hostile work environment at times Ridiculous attrition rate HR is not independent and is controlled by program delivery team. There isn’t really anyone one could go with their grievances. Pay gap between a PA and CEO/OM/Program Delivery Head is crazy.
