      Pros

      The culture at iCIMS is unmatched. Everyone in the professional services and customer service division genuinely wants to help and is willing to go out of their way to do what is best for the customers and their team mates.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership through the past 6 years has lead to a product vision that has been a moving target. The current leadership appears to be moving the product back on track, but there is a lot of catch up necessary.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
