Pros
iCIMS as a company has staying power because it is the best software in the domain. Hands down. In an environment like today's iCIMS has made fairly responsible decisions with minimized impact regarding workforce reduction. iCIMS has maintained a flexible remote work policy as of 4/14/2023, which is fantastic. The Senior Leadership team (Directors, RVPs, VPs, SVPs) have real smarts, wit, grit and a real heart to keep iCIMS working. Brian Provost the new iCIMS CEO is coming behind Colin Day and Steve Lucas, two of the most remarkable CEOs in software. He is standing on the shoulders of giants and appears to have the right style to temper the sheer ambition you see in a company's posture which is backed by private investment. For those who take trips to the offices, HQ is one of the most impressive office spaces (Bell Works) you can find.
Cons
Not sure if the flexible remote work policy will last forever. Lots of change in leadership coupled with the pandemic have made culture and values a bit ambiguous. The growing pains of rapidly scaling the company are evident in day to day conversations at all levels.
