      Pros

      Company has a few great benefits such as unlimited PTO and company-wide “recharge days.” CEO seems like a nice guy but not sure that is trickling down to the individual departments.

      Cons

      Was there four months and only delivered one project. Multiple leadership changes meant multiple changes in direction and priorities. No one was really in charge of the Customer training team for most of the time I was there. Lots of scrambling for power positions by my teammates led to a pretty toxic atmosphere. There might be departments where things are better but customer training was a hot mess!

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
