iCIMS is by far one of the best places I've ever worked. The company fully understands what it needs to do to become highly successful in a very competitive market. The Executive Team goes above and beyond and always makes sure that all the employees know the direction the company is going in and ensures that everyone, (from Senior Directors to entry level employees) are all onboard. The company offers many different types of training to ensure the growth of everyone that works here. The people at iCIMS aren't just co-workers, we're all family. We all work together to help achieve the overall success of the company as well as achieving our own personal successes and goals.
Cons
The company is growing at such a rapid rate that we are starting to run out of room. Hopefully there are plans to expand the office and add more space.
