      Pros

      Great work environment, great people, fast growing company with an excellent product. They make you feel valued and part of the team first day on the job. Optimism is very contagious and its easy to see and feel the optimism that runs rampant in this company. Everyone from the CEO to the guy who refills the drink machine makes you feel welcome and treats you with respect.

      Cons

      I might have gained some weight since joining due to all the free and delicious food the first week. Seriously the only con I can think of.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
