      Pros

      Great interview experience, which consisted of phone interviews, travel to New Jersey for in-person interviews. The process also involved a personality questionnaire and a job-specific work-related exercise. The process was very transparent and all of the people I met with and communicated with were great!

      Cons

      No real cons, but the job-specific work-related exercise was different (but I understand the benefit of it from the company's perspective).

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
