Great benefits, passionate employees, and a strong leadership team. iCIMS cares so much about its employees ensuring they are engaged, supported and provides clear direction on the strategy so everyone can rally together. The company has always been transparent but has particularly shined in its ability to communicate through COVID-19. The new CEO Steve Lucas has done a great job communicating and leading in a very difficult time. He's earned the trust of employees quickly and has implemented some new ideas which have already made a positive impact. iCIMS is a company that is heading into a new phase of growth and the business is making changes and maturing processes as needed to get there. It's great to see!

The culture and pace of work at iCIMS is not for everyone. It's fast-paced, you're expected to take on a lot, learn on the go and need to pivot quickly as the business does. If change freaks you out, this isn't for you.
