      Pros

      Rapidly growing company, high on enthusiasm. Performance is key, results are expected and rewarded. Very transparent on corporate vision and outlook of the company. Micromanagement is not a factor, employees have the freedom to implement and modify processes across the board.

      Cons

      Could give a bit more PTO. Organization is still young so there are some growing pains, but they are usually adressed quickly.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
