Pros
Engineering teams are really strong.
Cons
There’s a heavy focus on process and documentation in product and program management—so much so that it often stalls progress rather than supports it. It feels like you're working through paperwork more than you're solving real problems. Leadership, especially the CEO, frequently drops into meetings last minute and disrupts direction and is very negative rather than adds value. While there are DEI initiatives on paper, they don’t seem to reflect the lived experience of people actually working here. HR definitely doesn’t take it into account. If you're someone who wants to build, solve, and move fast—this may not be the environment. It often feels like progress dies in a sea of documents and indecision. I would never recommend working here.
