‘Well being days are great but are running out quickly due to covid infections and no short term disability ’
‘Parental leave top up is good but still relatively limited as it only supports the employee for a limited duration of maternity leave. ’
Good medical and dental coverage, 15 days of paid vacation to start with, then goes to 20 after 4 years in the company. We also have a $500 allocation per year to spend on health and self-care that's not covered by insurance.
Great flexibility and average coverage. Would be great to see RRSP matching.
Decent plan, but RRSP matching is a huge gap, and vacation caps at 4 weeks regardless of tenure or seniority. There are also no extra perks around time off, i.e shortened days in the summer or scheduled holiday break in December.
Amazing mental health support and resources. Really appreciate the continued efforts to support all employees!
Lots of benefits offered and plenty to choose from.
Average benefits, overall good for starters
$500 per paramedical practitioner, $2000 for dental, GoodLife gym membership, parental leave top-up, free ecobee. Pretty good benefits/perks! The only thing I wish they had was unlimited vacation.
You get a free thermostat
Health Insurance, Tuition reimbursement, flex benefits, sabbatical
Ecobee provides a good benefits package including Dental and Vision coverage. They also have a "Let's be great fund" that helps people learn new skills on the job
