- inconsistency with what was presented during the interview, and what actually ended up happening (we were told in our interview that our schedules would be on a monthly rotation, but then 2 weeks into our training, we were told that it has now switched to bi-weekly. we were also told we wouldn't work 2 days of a weekend in a row, but we would get one weekend day, and one weekday off in a row IF we had to work a weekend)
- training (was denied more shadowing time, training seemed very rushed)
- ecobee doesn't seem to support a healthy worklife balance (forcing your reps to stay on the phones 1 minute before their end time, knowing that their next call could be a 2 hour install. Maybe you can allow them your staff to get off the phones if their last call is close to their shift end time, and have them do emails/etc instead.)
