Decent company going through growing pains - Test Developer ecobee Employee Review

Thank you for your honest feedback about your time at ecobee! Really happy to hear you’ve met some great fellow ecopeeps! We take pride in knowing that our goals and direction are data driven with the ability to pivot and iterate as needed. We are growing quite quickly and are working closely with our managers and leadership team to ensure that all of our teams are transparent, always learning and working towards the same goals. We made the switch to working agile in the summer of 2017 and while it was a great move for ecobee’s development, we admit that the transition was a bit rocky! We are constantly learning and looking to improve how we do things and have taken note of the feedback from this transition in order to make future changes smoother within the organization. Also, with the addition of an agile coaching team, we hope that our Development teams are feeling better supported and prepared to continue with the transition. Our product roadmap is pretty exciting, and as we expand our product offering we are focused on talent development and ensuring our leaders are well prepared for what is ahead. Our team is dedicated to continually improving and creating a great place to work for all of our employees, so we thank you for your feedback that will allow us to continue to do that.
