Firstly, thank you for your review and comments. I am pleased that you gained plenty of experience from Yell and that overall you found the people and working environment friendly. In relation to your cons and advice to management thank you for providing this feedback, it is always useful to help us to continue to improve.
Yell has been through a huge period of change with our print to digital migration and as a result there has been some difficult decisions to enable us to manage costs and align our business strategy. The future is very positive and as a result we have been able to add further resource to some departments.
I appreciate your comments around career development, our recent employee survey also supplied this feedback and we have been working hard to provide clearer guidance on routes for progression.
