    I worked at Yell full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Decent salary good earning potential however the money is not worth the long hours and pressure better jobs with good work life balance....

    Cons

    High pressure all the time, long hours never able to switch off. Lots of customer complaints which are left to you to pick up even if not you who caused the complaint and still expected to bring in massive targets.

    Advice to Management

    Be realistic support staff rather than using pressure tactics.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Yell.

    Interview

    Terrible, conservative, patronizing atmosphere. Interviewers were very stiff and formal in their approach. The interviewers looked positively confused about the company name hibu. The process is in 2 stages. If they don't like you they make a silly excuse like the interviewers had to leave early, very unprofessional. Obviously, the interviewers did not like me and yet they still asked me back second stage.
