Home working available and good diversity values.

Cons

Poor salary - always looking at cutting costs by closing teams and offshoring. Redundancies are constant. Not a stable company if you are looking for a long term career or a reliable Job. They don't value good reliable and experienced staff. Bonus scheme isn't great and they don't pay out if the company misses their targets which is often. Products are poor and many customers cancel once they realise it doesn't work for them. Challenging trying to keep customers from cancelling! Bonus is paid around customer retention. If a customer cancels within 30 days of you interacting with them it goes against you even if its clearly not you who caused them to cancel! Management don't listen to staff constantly moving people around which is very unsettling. Poor quality training.
