Pros
I wish I can find something positive about my experience with this awful employer.
Cons
In my time with this company, it was one of the most incompetent companies I've ever worked for in my working history, this indian company has the worth hiring practices, I landed with this company via a merger deal with my previous company that decided to outsourced IT operations to this company, I've would've never have applied directly but the pandemic force me to stay and ride it out, from day one, if was a nightmare, a year literally went by before I ever met the manager, who we find later, he's out of London, this company did a terrible job introducing themselves to their new American workforce, we were literally our own managers, not to mention the awful HR experience, who kept running background checks on U.S. Citizens literally every month for a year, leaving me wondering, who is running background check on this non-transparent Indian company? By the time, I had my first conversation with the manager in charge, I couldn't understand a single word coming out his mouth, till this day, nobody thinks these people know any real English to communicate effectively, much less day to day operations. The experience was so awful, that the pandemic came and went, and the situation never got better, it became more and more toxic because we could not relate at any level unless you were an indian employee. In the end, after no performance reviews, no raises, no promotions, no manager, no leadership, no accountability, I cut my loses and decided to move on from this very toxic environment, this managed service provider (Wipro) and the client (Elevance Health) became the most toxic workplace in America.
